This company put the soles in the wrong place on the shoe so all the weight went on the inside of the ankle, they put other soles on the wrong shoes, they put soles on the shoes with big bubbles in the middle of the sole so the shoe was unstable, and even cut the soles off a pair of shoes and through them away and added non factory material to the bottom of the shoe. Shoddy workmanship and no training to adequately add a lift to shoes. I’ll never use anyone but a trained Pedorthist to modify my shoes in the future. American Heelers left my shoes in such horrible condition that I had to throw them away after shipping them back and forth to them over a period of several months and it cost me over $700.
