After a year of seeing my physical therapist for treatments, she was able to adjust the imbalance in my hips.
I still had a discrepancy in the length of my legs. She suggested adding shoe lifts.
I love shoes and own many pairs. Since I only need 1/4 inch, a lift works fine for closed in shoes. But sandals are a different story.
American Heelers has added the 1/4 inch for several of my sandals and I am so happy with the results. The sole colors are matched so well, it makes the actual lift practically invisible.
I can now enjoy wearing sandals in this hot weather.
They do such excellent work, I would recommend them to anyone.
Also, I think that if you need more than 1/4 inch added, you would need to do all your closed-in shoes as well.
