I have had 4 pairs of shoes modified with a
2-1/2 lift. I purchased the honeycomb option to make them lighter. Two sets of boots and two sets of tennis shoes.
I play sports, (cycling, pickleball and jogging) with the tennis shoe and have had no problem.
Absolutely the best lifts I have had installed.
