Wish I had found American Heelers sooner!
It is good to be in balance. 3/4 inch may not seem like much to some but to my body I assure you it was. I don't know why Dr's do not recommend this.
What they did recommend medically did not work for me. Heel only lift / felt like I was walking on my toes on one foot!! Prescription to a shoe maker was a lift so thick I could not bend my foot, walked out of shoe.
