I have been sending my shoe's to American Heeler since receiving a prosthetic implant (Ankle replacement in 2007). I recently had occasion to send a new Allen Edmund boot to them for a 17mm lift.
They also design a new boot strap and it was nothing short of Brilliant. The boot lift was perfect, comfortable to walk-in, dead on the 17mm lift requested. The boot strap modification allowed me to pull the boots on effortlessly even over the prosthetic implant in my right ankle. The work American Heelers company did was superb. Five Star effort all around. They Stand Behind their Craftsmanship and are always willing to correct anything that might go wrong to a lift without hesitation. Hard to find a company like this in the Services Industry.
