I had a pair of sneakers done that I love. I recently had a pair of dress shoes done and they seem a little bulky and are more difficult to walk in b/c they are so stiff. I have asked that the next pair be modified and I'm hoping that helps. It's just hard being in Florida and getting service out of state due to shipping charges (out of everyone's control though) Overall, I am impressed with the customer service.
