R&D Heating & Cooling is a great company that we have been using for six or seven years. The company recently sent out a technician to do their annual maintenance of our heating and cooling system. They are very thorough. In fact, they noticed that there was a problem with something that was two weeks under the Warranty. The technician was so wonderful. He called immediately and ordered the part to be replaced. The office was so nice and took care of everything for us so that the Warranty company covered everything. We will highly recommend them to everyone. Back when we had first decided on using them, we had interviewed several companies. We really liked that R&D Heating & Cooling offered many different manufacturers of their products. They also offer their in-house fabrication unit, so this way everything inlines with your system. That far exceeds what other companies can offer.
