I have been using R&D Heating & Cooling for about eight years. This last time they came out for the bi-annual checkup on the air and heating units to get them ready for the season. I can't give R&D Heating & Cooling 5 stars on everything because of a situation that happened several years ago when I had to call them out on a Sunday. Later, I found out that there were at least five other customers in the area who were having the same issue with their heat not working that same day. Come to find out, there had been a power surge in the area, and the tech basically came in for five minutes, tapped a box, and left. I know now, that when something like that happens, to just go tap the box and change the battery so I won't be charged a full-blown service call for such a simple issue. In the last four or five years, however, everything has been fine.
