The builder did not make the complete set up for the outside vent to work on the cooktop. Jay and Aaron had to come in to check the issue. They spent time to understand the issue, discussed the solution between them and with me. Once we agreed on it both worked to resolve the issue. They then upon my request went over and above to reorient the microwave blower to vent outside even though that’s beyond their scope of work. They showed great respect to each other and to the work on hand. Jay and Aaron then tested that everything was working fine. They then cleaned up the place. Jay and Aaron are totally professional at what they do. Great work Jay and Aaron!
