R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric does the maintenance for my heating and cooling unit. This service call was for the air conditioner. The technicians that come out are excellent, they show up on time and provide excellent customer service and keep my unit running very well. I am happy with the work they do on this end and eventually, I will have to have my unit replaced and will consider them as someone I would hire to do that.

My only complaint is with the customer service. They have gone to some sort of database email form of notification that lets you know when it is time for your service call. There is no other communication other than a notification via email. It is up to you then to call and schedule the appointment and it is difficult and timely to reach the actual customer service representative to get that scheduled. When you do reach the representative she is hurried and is extremely busy. It takes a long time to get through.
