Jeannie services our generator and she's excellent. We've used her for a number of years now and my daughter uses her as well for her generator. I started using R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric during an emergency. My regular person had left unexpectedly for six months, so I needed to find someone else. I came across R&D accidentally, but have been very pleased and continued to use them even after my regular person returned back to this area. Jeannie gets five stars from me. She's knowledgeable and always explains exactly what she's going to do. She's also very prompt. If she is running late, she'll call to let me know. The best part is that I know when Jeannie services our generator, I don't have any problems with it. There is reliability in her service. I will continue to use R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric!
