We have used R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric ever since we moved to this house and they do a great job for us. We have had them do the twice-yearly checkup and also other work when something isn't working properly. They are very professional, and very prompt when we need them. They recently installed a new system for us. They were very courteous and nice, like always, but what really impressed me the most happened afterwards. A few days after the installation, we started hearing a strange noise. It was not loud, but it was annoying. We called them, and they sent out a young woman tech, and she was great. She spent a lot of time trying to find the source of the noise. She finally decided that one of the parts needed to be replaced. So she had the company get in touch with the manufacturer, and told us that she would come right back out as soon as the part came in. She was here early the next morning to install it for us. I feel like she took me under her wing, and I really appreciated that.
