We used R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric a few months ago, and I found them to be on time and thorough with their work. There was a tiny hiccup when their invoice was emailed to us, but was placed in the junk mail folder! They were very patient with us, and worked with us in getting the payment resolved, and didn't charge us anything extra because of it. They were called out to service our HVAC, and we have no complaints about their work. We've used them in the past, and will continue using their services.
