Jeannie Carns is the technician I specifically request when I call R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric. She goes above and beyond my expectations. She is a wonderful person and a wonderful technician. For about three or four years Jeannie has been the one I rely on for my generator. My daughter also uses her for house's generator. These are large and complicated units that require the special skills Jeannie has. She is always easy to reach and easy to schedule. She leaves the workspace clean behind her.
