Recently R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric repaired a heat pump for our business. And it's working properly now. This wasn't the first time we've used them. And we will continue to use their service. There's a story as to why. The problem with the heat pump was that it would shut off on its own. It took R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric three times to fix it. However, each time they treated it with urgency. The first time it was frozen, so they thawed it. The second time they had to troubleshoot the problem and failed. The third and final time they did a more thorough diagnostic. They found out it needed an obscure part. They ordered it. And it turned out great! Often times companies get bad wraps because of things like this. But R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric acted appropriately. Plus scheduling an appointment was easy to do. And they were easy to work with. They were also polite and courteous and respectful of our business. I would recommend R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric to my family, friends and other business owners.
