Tim came out to diagnose my parent’s air conditioner that had been on the blink for 24hrs and the house was getting hot! Within minutes he found the problem and showed it to me. The capacitor and switch were badly corroded and burnt out. Within 30 minutes he had everything working again and even went the extra mile to clean the outside unit and instruct my parents in how to use their thermostat which at 80 plus years they had forgotten. Tim was very personable and took the time to make sure we understood everything. These guys are exceptional in the service they provide!
