I recently had an R&D Heating and Cooling tech come out to look at and service the heater and heat pump systems. He was very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable in explaining what I should do to keep the systems running at optimal levels. He showed up on time and everything turned out really well. I would use them again because of their reliability and my comfort with using them, and getting an appointment was easy.
