There was a steam boiler system in one of our properties. We called R&D Heating and Cooling to see if they worked on that kind of equipment, and they said that they did. They had to make multiple trips to get it working. Overall, they seemed reluctant to work on that kind of equipment, and they asked us not to give their name to the new owner of the property. The tech knew what he was doing, but there was just something about the system that made them less-than-enthusiastic about working on it.
