R&D Heating, Cooling & Electric originally installed the heater in our home and when a part went bad and needed to be replaced, we called them to do the warranty work. As far as the work itself, they seemed to do a good job. Everything works and they did run most of the job costs through the warranty process. But we were not very happy with the overall experience. The service tech seemed sort of abrupt with us, and he did not make much effort to explain things to us. Since the system was fairly new, it would have been nice to have some explanation of why the part failed so early on. The tech was not rude or anything, just not a very customer-service oriented type of a person. We also thought the price charged for the non-warranty work was excessive.
