I reached out to Mr. Valdez office to handle a Dealer Fraud issue. I purchased a BMW from a shady dealer that failed to tell me that the vehicle was a complete lemon. The vehicle had a really bad oil leak that was masked. Also, the vehicle had multiple electrical issues, on top of an overheating of the engine. What a nightmare. Mr. Valdez took care of EVERYTHING in a timely manner, I was compensated very well.
