I went to the Law Office of David Valdez Jr. with a very unique situation that I needed solving. I bought a new Nissan and with it bought an extended service warranty which I was told I could cancel within 90 days. The company I bought from tried to claim that I was not eligible to cancel the warranty so that is where David came in. He really educated me about the options I had, my rights as a consumer and what steps I needed to take to get it solved. To cut a long strong short I got the full refund from them, so all ended up well. David and his team did a great job and I am grateful for his hard work!
