Over all I had a great expirince with the staff. There was only one occasion that could've been prevented in which there was miscommunication within the staff as far who arranged a vehicle drop off. I was not aware that a vehicle dropoff was scheduled until the day of, that was very inconvenient. As far as an overall expirience, it was great.
