I dropped off some very badly soiled wool area rugs at Spectrum and was confident the rugs were trash.. A week later someone from Spectrum called and said the rugs were finished and offered to deliver them to me free of charge ( I wasn't aware free pick up and delivery was offered by the company ) The rugs arrived sealed in plastic and when the rugs were unrolled I wasn't even sure they were my rugs, they looked incredible.. I highly recommend Spectrum's services..
