Every year we have been paying Gene Johnson some $600 + for our radiant heat system - last time being in Feb of 2011. In late fall of 2011 our system went out and we had to replace the whole thing - to the tune of $6,000. We received very good service - I really hope that a replacement was needed - and that we don't have to continue to hvae this service -
Very good quality service received - very thoughtful and conducted to meet our scheduling needs. Repairman told us a great deal about our system - I hope to shout we don't have to pay out any more money on this .
