Is it going too far to say Thomas from Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating saved my life? Perhaps, but carbon monoxide was likely escaping from my very old furnace, and he's the one who recommended I have it inspected. Sure enough, big cracks. No one wants to hear that their furnace has to be condemned, but I feel very fortunate to have the old one out and a new, efficient one humming in the basement.
