They responded really well when I called them, and the time frame from when I called to when they could get out there for the project was really good. We've used them on some rental properties. We had to have some fairly major work done like sewer line repair. The technicians and the office manager were really good to work with. They charge a premium price. I don't know the whole market. We've looked a few different places and chose them. It just seems like plumbing these days is just a bit expensive. Gene's is a good outfit. The technicians were very friendly and did what you wanted. They suggested a few options and let me decide where I wanted to go. They weren't pushy to do anything extra. I think overall they are a good reputable company. I recommend them.
