I called one plumbing company, and was expecting that company to show up. Instead, Gene Johnson Plumbing showed up and fixed my toilet that was severely clogged. They used a snake to unclog it. The man who came did a very nice job, and he was very gracious. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. He left me entirely satisfied. I was just baffled that Gene Johnson came instead when I was expecting a different company. Next time, I will call Gene Johnson directly if I need plumbing services.
