Gene Johnson was responsive and made appointments according to my schedule needs. The gentleman who did the work was able to do whatever was necessary. I thought he was very helpful, and explained himself very well. They replaced a kitchen faucet and repaired a toilet issue. They also fixed the water flow in the shower of our master bedroom. They explained what they were doing in terms that I could understand.
