Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating Inc. is a really easy company to work with. I found the customer service from their call center to be excellent. They are very responsive. They are always able to send someone out to take care of an issue within twenty-four hours.

We have used Gene Johnson to replace our furnace and also to fix various plumbing issues we've had. There was one person that we were working with consistently for a specific issue. He did a good job, but really, everyone we have dealt with has provided high quality work. The technicians are all competent and able to do work at an affordable price. They will also make suggestions of further work that can be done without being pushy about them.
