The people at Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating are very responsive and nice to deal with. My experience with their service on my furnace has been excellent, but their pricing on plumbing is too high. I decided not to use them for plumbing. Customer service has been very good, the phone is always answered and the two service men I have dealt with were nice. Overall very positive.
