While cleaning in preparation for Christmas dinner guests, I discovered that sewage was backing up into our laundry room sink and overflowing the washing machine drain. Darrell and his partner came within an hour.Darrel and his partner ran the appropriate checks, including their snake and camera out 113 feet. I called the Northshore Utility District. They sent their Ops Director and subsequently a vactor truck and working with Barrel arid partner were able to detect the location of the broken pipe.. .broken by a Verizon contractor when installing cable last summer...It was a quick response to our crisis.
