I have used Pro Floors for two or three jobs now and they have done a great job each time. They're quick to response, have wonderful customer service, and actually go the extra mile for you. I've been going to them for a couple of years and they've always been a good supplier and installer. They make you feel like your needs are heard when you go into their store looking for something and offer you a lot of different options that meet your requirements. The installers do a great job of coming at the scheduled time and working in an efficient manner and their prices are definitely competitive. I also really appreciated how they went beyond their services to install some carpets for my daughter's apartment as well. Overall, Pro Floors has never failed to provide excellent customer service, prices, and quality work.
