I thought the representative who handled my case was very thorough with the inspection and I appreciated that he made sure I was aware of any issues with the house so I could make good decisions while negotiating. He appeared to be very experienced and clearly knew what he was talking about. The report he generated was also very detailed and thorough. He was very responsive to any queries and was easy to schedule with. I had no problems with them at any phase of the process. Overall, this is a very professional service.
