During our initial conversation, Paul was very patient with all of my questions and concerns regarding the process. In addition, he was very willing to accommodate my requested schedule. When Paul arrived to inspect, he was professional, prompt, and prepared. He methodically worked his way throughout the inside and exterior of the home, and all it's added elements (pool, lifts, sprinklers, decking, patio, etc) with absolute precision. The house is sizable with a number of distinctive elements to it, and he went through and meticulously evaluated each and every bit that he could access. Paul spent an entire day at the property, at least 8 full hours! In less than 24 hours, Paul prepared and issued an 84-page report, including hundreds of pictures, detailing every area of concern that he encountered. Yes, 84 pages! As a buyer, I was thrilled to have that degree of knowledge. With Paul's report, my negotiating power with the sellers increased exponentially. The insight and awareness that Paul provided helped me to negotiate thousands more in repairs and services by the seller.

After negotiating repairs with the sellers, I hired Paul to reinspect the repairs to ensure that the work completed by the sellers was thorough and satisfactory. Paul returned to the property with the very same level of commitment, professionalism, and precision he had shown the very first time. He went back through the repaired areas as though he were seeing them for the first time. As it turns out, Paul discovered that the sellers had not completed all repairs in the manner in which we had contracted.
