Due to other job that day which was running longer than anticipated, they were kind of late getting to my place for inspection and estimate. I was informed by office that they were going to be late. I was home all day anyway so that was a minor nuisance.

I lead them through the entire house and pointed things out to them which I wanted done and things I thought might be needed. I was informed about things which were not necessary and what probably should be done.

The estimate I received was very thorough and detailed(showed to others and they thought likewise) and more importantly was a reasonable estimate.
