We've used Bruder several times and each time they have responded quickly to our phone call to set up an on-site visit. They have arranged to visit us within a week of our initial request. When working with them, their service personnel don't talk down to us or treat us like "we don't know what we are talking about." Finally, each time we've had them out, they are quick to diagnose the situation and get it fixed correctly.
