Follow-up has been disappointing...

Initial response and attention to my service request was pleasant, professional and extremely prompt. Technician who was dispatched was very friendly and reiterated that if there was anything needed afterwards, to call and he'd come back. Less than one week later, requested clarity on work performed and am still waiting for an answer...
