The Bruder technician was exactly as advertised by the office person that made the appointment for me. He was able to trouble shoot why our ceiling fan wasn't working and repair it in one visit.
After the technician fixed our master bedroom ceiling fan for separate switches and dimmers we felt confident enough in his ability to have him also rewire the guest bedroom fan, too.
We have not had electrical work done in quite a long time so I can't speak to whether Bruder's charges were reasonable. We were surprised to find that adding 2 switches with dimmers were over $125 each.
