The Sunday before Thanksgiving a tree fell and knocked my power and cable lines from the corner of my house. Bruder Electric came out to evaluate the situation Tuesday and arrived Wednesday at noon to fix the problem. Tom explained the steps to correcting the problem to my son and then to myself on the phone. He reattached the wires, replaced cables and even repaired the broken cable wires. Comcast never kept their appointment but thanks to Tom we had cable and wifi for the holiday. Tom's work was excellent. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. Thank you for his service!
