Brian Brown responded for our service call to inspect our system since the overflow tray was filling up with water. He inspected the system and began troubleshooting to find the source of the problem. The tube going into the condensation pump dropped down to bottom of the pump and was restricting water from being pumped out. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and explained everything upon completion. Great job!
