Appleton Campbell's Ronnie Bland serviced my HVAC systems on 5/23/2023 (I am a MVP member who receives twice-a-year maintenance on my HVAC systems). Ronnie did an outstanding job in servicing my two units (one unit per floor). His work was very thorough and he explained everything about the service being completed. His knowledge is outstanding! Ronnie was very friendly and courteous and, of course, very professional as expected from Appleton Campbell personnel. Clean-up was excellent as well, so much so, that one could not tell that a service call had been made. During the visit, a problem was identified with the compressors (13 years old). Ronnie very carefully explained my options and provided detailed pictures of the issues at hand. After a brief chat, he was able to remedy the issues the same day without problem! OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I have been with Appleton Campbell for a very long time and will continue to rely on this company for my HVAC needs! Well done Ronnie Bland!!
