Appleton Campbell (AC) installed my ceiling lights, but they started blinking every so often randomly. The first time someone from AC came out to check they thought it might be a loose wire in my switches and gave me an estimate to replace the light switches. When I investigated further with my home warranty company they determined it wasn't the wiring and must be the installation. AC came out again and discovered that the fans they installed had dimmable lights, but the lights that they had placed in them prior were not the correct ones. So, while I wasn't happy with what felt like an upsell on the initial call back with the younger technician, I am very glad they sent Glenn instead this time around to solve the issue. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. He also stayed around for a while to make sure he could see and diagnose the issue because they don't start blinking right away. I am thinking changing the light bulbs as he suggested will fix the issue and I am super happy that AC worked to get it resolved without additional costs. Thank you!
