We are very pleased with Appleton and Glenn (our tech.) Yesterday, some of the lights were flickering so we called around to a few companies. Appleton was the only one that was able to get a tech out same day. We were kept updated on the ETA and even received a short bio and picture of Glenn before he arrived. Glenn was able to quickly identify the problem and resolve it. He also did a thorough inspection of the panel and outside unit. He made a recommendation to replace the panel as it is super old. He wasn't pushy and took the time to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend Glenn and Appleton!
