Two of Appleton Campbell’s technicians, Jacob and John, came to my home to assess my malfunctioning gas water heater. Very polite and personable. They immediately assessed the problem and provided extensive and well-informed information regarding my options on replacing the water heater. They called in to to their main office and immediately arranged for me to have next-day service to install a new water heater. Entire experience most pleasant and very helpful.
