Received a call back from them within the hour and set in motion the process to schedule a technical for Saturday morning. Received a prompt call Saturday morning telling me the technician was on his way. WT Settle shoed up and fixed the issues with the hot water heater quickly, Excellent service as usual - this is why i deal with this company - always outstanding response and service.
