Right now I am having some renovation going on at my home, demo an old deck and replace with new. You might ask WHAT on earth does a deck have to do plumbing and heating. Well, a lot! During demo (September 14th 2020) an accident occurred that wound up nicking my coolant line and my heat pump shut down because it was completely out of coolant. David F. was dispatched very quickly because what was supposed to be a normal service call suddenly turned into a minor emergency. David was of course a very helpful, and a very wise guide to resolving my situation. David, being a maintenance guy, was not prepared with the tools necessary to resolve my issues, but he was quick to respond with a next day service to have me taken care of. David took the time to talk with his management team to prepare the best path forward and I am confident David recommended all the right things to help me get out of Heat Pump purgatory. First thing this morning (September 15, 2020) Justin B and Seth A came to my house and in just a little over two hours I was back up and running. You at Appleton Campbell know how long I have been a customer of yours and when I found you guys, I knew I had a partner for a long time. You at Appleton Campbell have always gone far beyond what others might do in order to not only assure GOOD customer service is unquestionable your goal, it seems that everyone I deal with at Appleton Campbell seems to genuinely enjoy taking care of others in need. From your front end help there in the office to your field personnel; I have never had a misstep from any Appleton Campbell personnel. Thank you.
