Made an emergency service call when it was determined we had no hot water. We received notification quickly that someone would be out the same day. W.T. and Carter arrived promptly and immediately found the problem. They went above and beyond when a minor condensate leak was detected which they also corrected. The technicians are always so friendly - and even are willing to share ingredients for a favorite bar beverage! Ask about the "Carter Ball"! Can't wait to try it!
