From beginning to end I had an absolute wonderful experience. Everyone, from the answering service, to the scheduling dept to the tech, was courteous, respectful and just a joy to work with. The tech explained everything he found, steps he was going to take, and things we can do at home to help. He was polite to my kids and I will be using them from here on out.
