Our upstairs unit started tripping the breaker Saturday morning. We called AC at 9:30 am and Chris R was here by 1:00 pm. What a great response for an unscheduled event. Chris looked at all potential issues including the unit before diagnosing a bad breaker. Given AC thoroughness, he checked all possible issues not just focused on the most obvious. He provided an estimate and discussed options before fixing the breaker. Price was reasonable with HSA and coupon especially for unscheduled weekend emergency. Once again AC cane through when we needed them, not just got scheduled work.
