Fantastic Service:
Appleton Campbell’s Repair and Installation Teams composed of, Jake Armel, Thomas Slaoik, Davy Kerns, Jason Williams and team leader Mike Wright with activity coordination by Angela Crute made an unbelievably short time of diagnosing, procuring and installing a new heating unit replacing potentially a major health hazard in our home, the old gas furnace.
Appleton Campbell’s Maintenance Service Team came to our house for a routine service on a Thursday afternoon. We knew the outside temperatures in March were way below average for the year. Additionally, we knew our Infinity Carrier heat pump and gas heater were working perfectly at the time, or we thought they were. Davy, and Jason maintenance service technicians observed heat or hot spots in the heat exchanger of our heater, a potential for carbon monoxide poisoning entering our home they told us. Well what to do now; order a new unit and install it, and that’s exactly what Mike’s team of Jake and Thomas did through Angela’s coordination of receiving the unit, and arranging for a time and date with us that Mike’s team could install it.
